We have had some really strange weather lately, but thanks to my human ecological footprint class I know just who to blame - everyone!
Saturday was amazing. Joy and I went to Millennium Park and sat by the bean while we ate cheese and bread (our favorite). It was so nice out that I had to take off my sweater. Of course, once the sun went behind a building it cooled down really fast. The bast part about that trip, besides the food, was that there were supposed to be all these games and activities having to do with ice and snow, but building an igloo out of ice cubes doesn't really work when the ice is melting.
Sunday was nice, but not fabulous. I stayed in and did homework all day anyway.
Monday was tolerable, but I had to bring out my giant jacket again.
Tuesday was like Saturday. I went outside quickly at around 9pm in a tank-top and didn't freeze. Take that UCSD kids (Clare)!
And today...well, it's turned out to be a very wet day. Even my roommate, who is from Seattle, is complaining.
I'm really looking forward to the snow storm we're expected to get next week.
